Terms of service

Last updated August 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Briefena, including free previews, paid subscriptions, watchlists and briefings.

The service

Briefena monitors selected published sources and prepares personalized summaries based on an objective approved by the user.

Coverage is best-effort. Briefena does not guarantee that every publication, event, or material development will be found, classified correctly, or delivered without delay.

Not professional advice

Briefena provides information and links to published sources. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing primary sources and obtaining qualified advice before making consequential decisions.

Acceptable use

Users may not use Briefena to violate privacy, intellectual-property, access-control, anti-harassment, or other applicable laws and rights.

Briefena may reject objectives that target private individuals, require unauthorized access, or cannot be monitored responsibly from lawful sources.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Briefena Personal is offered as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription. The selected price, billing interval, tax, renewal terms, and payment total are presented by Paddle before purchase.

Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes payment, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and subscription billing. Paid access begins after Paddle confirms the subscription.

Users may cancel renewal without losing access through the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility is described in Briefena's Refund Policy at https://briefena.com/refunds.
